Are Wildcard Subdomains setup by default?

No, Wildcard Sub-domains are not setup by default on our servers. However from within your Cpanel you are able to setup wildcard subdomains to bring a customer to any page you would like simply by using * as the hostname. Once that is done, all un-routed sub-domains will go to public_html or whichever directory you specified.
